THE RATES QUOTED ABOVE ARE FOR THE ENTIRE VILLA, NOT PER PERSON, FOR EXAMPLE TEN PERSONS STAYING FOR ONE WEEK IN JUNE WOULD COST £395.00, THAT'S £39.50 PER PERSON PER WEEK, EQUIVALENT TO £5.65 PER PERSON PER NIGHT!

Left it to the last minute? Been Let Down? You may be able to grab a bargain! Book and pay this week for next weeks stay. It is also possible to book for less than one week pro-rata based on the above prices, but there is a cleaning charge of £50.00 for all bookings of six or less days.
Booking Notes:
- Bookings can be reserved with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
- Balances should be paid 10 weeks before departure
- If departure is less than 10 weeks from day of booking, payment in full is due.
- Check in time is 4.00pm onwards. Check out time is before 11.00am.
- Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival - no refund given.
- Cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival - 30% refund given.
- Cancellations within 90 days of scheduled arrival - 50% refund given.
Security Deposit:
UK guests need to lodge a refundable deposit of £200.00 with Carol or Dave prior to your departure against loss or negligence to the villa. USA and Canadian guests need to lodge $400 with Florida Team Management.
We strongly recommend that you confirm all members of your party have valid qualifying documents to enter the United States. Don't forget to ensure that you all have travel insurance. You will not be able to hire a car in the U.S without a driving licence issued by the DVLA. If our villa is your first stop, then U.S. Immigration will need to know the exact address. Which is:
